This is such a great cookbook! I love all the personal little stories! This is a great cookbook if you are looking to feed a crowd or just table for 2! The recipes are easy and straight forward, it makes cooking these delicious hearty meals fun. I tried the Eggs Benedict Stew this weekend for my husband and I. It was AMAZING. I was easily able to divide the recipe so it was perfect for just the two of us. Plus this cookbook has “on the river” and “at home” cooking instructions! It will make you want to hop on the river just to paddle some rapids and enjoy a fabulous meal! ~Angie Madsen-Arnzen reviewed River Food — 5 stars
